The (free) electronic mailing-list is the most efficient way by which you may keep yourself up-to-date concerning all kinds of Hammill and Van der Graaf Generator related topics: Rumours of upcoming gigs? Concert and album reviews? A new bootleg spotted? The final word on the "Wasistderpunktenbacker"? It's all there!
Subscribing is easy: send an E-mail to ph7-request@arastar.com with "asdf" on the subject line, and in the body of the mail just the following command "subscribe ph7 YourFirstName YourFamilyName". After exercising a bit of patience, you will then receive a welcome-message explaining how to proceed.
The list is unmoderated, but accepts only messages from subscribers, thus effectively avoiding the hundreds of spam-postings that make a lot of newsgroups unreadable. To whet the appetite, I include all weekly digest-files here that I could get my hands on. Just the bare text-files, no fancy formatting. Maybe some day, someone will make a nice index?
